Choosing your plot and cabin

You start by selecting a plot and cabin model from our brochures or website. We are happy to provide recommendations that suit your needs and preferences! With us, you receive a complete cost overview for the project, including all additional expenses. This gives you full control over your budget.

Contract signing

Once you have chosen a plot, a purchase contract is signed. Handover usually takes place within one month after the contract is signed. This process is handled by a certified settlement company, which also assists our international buyers in completing all the necessary formalities for purchasing property in Norway.

Customizing your cabin

Once you have chosen a cabin, a separate contract is signed with the cabin supplier in accordance with the Housing Construction Act (bustadoppføringslova). This contract includes any customizations and optional upgrades to tailor the cabin to your preferences.

Planning, placement, and approval

Next, we invite you to a site inspection, where our skilled engineers assist you in determining the optimal placement of your cabin. This can also be done electronically using high-quality images and 3D models. Once you have approved the placement, we typically handle neighbor notifications, building applications, and necessary permits—so you don’t have to worry about it.

Groundwork and foundation work

Groundwork and foundation work are carried out through a separate agreement with Fjellstø Gruppen’s operations company, based on the offer you received after the viewing.

Cabin construction starts

Once the foundation slab is completed, we notify both you and the cabin supplier so that construction can begin according to the contract. You don’t need to oversee the process—we ensure that everything proceeds as planned, allowing you to focus on your daily life!
