The Lofoten 94 Max is a further developed version of the Lofoten 94 from Nordlyshytter.

Delivery

The cabin is delivered with a thoughtfully designed interior package, an extra toilet, surface treatments inside and out, an outdoor hot tub, a heat pump, an electric car charger, and a spacious terrace.

Plot

Plot 112 measures approximately 955 sqm and is situated 7 meters higher than the plot in front (plot 111). A cabin with a flat roof (maximum ridge height of 3.5 meters) is planned for plot 111. This means there will be a height difference of at least 3.5 meters between the living room floor on plot 112 and the roof ridge of plot 111.

In other words, this ensures both unobstructed views and excellent sun conditions. The cabin will have parking space for two cars in a shared parking area a short distance away, with convenient loading and unloading opportunities just below the cabin.
